Troubleshooting
— Flush supply line before making connections —
PROBLEM SOLUTION
No Water coming out at all
If Low or No Flow (and you can
hear solenoid click/working).
Water flows only short time length.
Water does not shut off.
If battery has too short of a life.
1. If the solenoid is removed from the valve assembly for ease of service of the electronic pack, the solenoid
must return to its orginal valve base.
2. If the Power - Battery is removed from the unit, the valve will remain in which ever position it was
in (open or closed). If open, reconnecting power will let the timer continue until the timer closes the valve.
There is no way to change or reset the timer.
* Warning: Do not turn screw and/or nut on the top end of the solenoid. This is a precision adjustment
made at the factory.
1. Hold button in for minium 1 second, then release.
2. Check battery and connections for loose connections or
corrosion, and battery for low voltage — Correct as needed.
3. Disconnect switch connectors. Jumper accross switch SW2 to SW1 on valve
for minium 1 second. — Remove jumper.
If valve activates — Replace or service the switch.
4. Check inline filter in valve — Clean if required.
5. Remove the electronics pack. — Connect the power to the solenoid directly.—
Reversing the power connections will close the solenoid. — If the solenoid is OK,
replace the electronics pack — If the solenoid is bad, replace the valve assembly.

2. Check inline filter in valve — Clean if required.
3. Remove shower/spray head and clean.
1. Check battery and connections for loose connections or
corrosion, and battery for low voltage — Correct as needed.
2. Check timing printed on valve.
3. Replace electronics pack of valve.
1. Check battery and connections for loose connections or
corrosion, and battery for low voltage — Corrcct as needed.
2. Check inline filter in valve — Clean if required.
3. Check timing printed on valve.
4. Remove the electronics pack.— Connect the power to the solenoid directly. —
Reversing the power connections will close the solenoid. — If the solenoid is OK,
replace the electronics pack — If the solenoid is bad, replace the valve assembly.
1. Check battery holder, wires and connections for corroision or damage.
2. Replace electronics pack of valve.
